Absolutely annoyed beyond belief. Second time in 2 weeks that i ordered after 830pm via drive thru and was asked to park and wait with no one behind me waiting and the restaurant having less than 2 patrons in it only to pay for a meal that was upsized and the staff repeated my order when they handed it to me and I get home and it’s wrong. And I’m not sure what i waited for since the burger and fries were luke warm. Then you call to advise them and they put your name in a book. Not to mention the time they forgot an entire meal from my order. I’m sorry but if it wasn’t the only restaurant in this area we’d never go here. Lucky we only attend every few weeks.

Not sure why they have a drive thru when you always have to park. Small fries? Please park. Cheese burger? Please park. Combo? Please park. Like do they have anything ready? Then when they bring it out after serving 6 more cars and 3 of them having to park... The parking lot becomes jammed because everyone is being parked. And once you get your food the fries are cold and your burger looks like its been through he'll and back. The only thing I have yet to park for was a coffee. This place still owes me 2 hnugget happy meals because they gave my kids processed cheese in a nugget box instead of chicken nuggets!! And when you ask for extra pickle on your burger... You get 2 small ones... Really? And when you get something with bacon on it or you add bacon to something you pay $1.00 minimum for 1 price of rock hard bacon thats been broken in half by the kitchen staff who are not wearing gloves when touching your food. Can you imagine where there hands have been?? Enjoy your food.

Very slow compared to industry standards for fast food. A kiosk inside a gasbar is just not a large enough kitchen to handle the volume of food in demand. Don't blame the workers, its the design set by both the franchise & franchisee at fault here.

This McDonalds is fairly new- i think about a year old. At times the line can be overwhelming. However, there is a young manager/supervisor i think ryan? possibly...who goes above and beyond. Everyone here is very friendly. Give it time to workout the kinks which are improving.

My first time at this McDonalds, and there was this very polite cashier! I believe Her name was Sofia. She was very helpful, and delivered my food with a smile!
