Food is extremely inconsistent and never great. Burgers overcooked, onion rings overdone (partly black) one visit and today they served me stale onion rings that had been sitting in a foam takeout container for some time. Last visit the cook was yelling at someone in the kitchen for the 15 minutes I was there. On one good note, the coffee is alright.

Edited Mar 15 - Revisited today and seen the usual lady was working. Back to great service! Old review: Staff used to be friendly and fast. Knew their customers and greeted you with a smile. The young lady working had her headphones in talking to someone on the phone, not caring about customers. Food took much longer than normal to be prepared. Not very happy with the change in the business.

Cute little place that has awesome poutine. Seriously. You would never think that this place has amazing food but it does. I usually eat here when I am waiting for a bus. Good sized portions for money. Just wish there was more seating.

The bartender/server was extremely slow and paid more attention to her cigarette and gossiping than her customers, I believe her name is D, she was short with blonde hair. It was annoying how she called everyone sweetie....as well she served alcohol to people that were clearly intoxicated. one fellow was drooling on himself he was that bad. This place also smells of sewage gas and the door had to be propped open for air. I ordered a hamburger and the meat was not cooked through. I will not be back.

Went in with my small child, ordered a hamburger meal and while my child was eating the burger blood came dripping down onto the fries. It was raw!! When l brought the meal back they preached at me like it was my fault!! On and on about this never happens, .. But the cashier had just told another customer behind me Lisa in the back cooking was in a hurry to end her shift... Whatever the reason... Meat can not be served Raw!!! Watch for this.
