It's McDonald's what can I say? Clean, food was what we expected. Playland is kept clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly.

All was good until I found a fly in my soda after it went through the straw and entered my mouth. I was even more disappointed when I complained to the manager and showed them the insect that I discovered IN MY MOUTH. The manager really lacked a response. He said yeah I'll just grab you another cup, sorry, no big deal. To make matters even more disturbing, when I filed a complaint online at the McDonald's website, I was told that someone would be in contact with me in the next five business days. No one ever emailed me. I highly doubt an inspection was done following my complaint. So basically McDonald's is unsanitary (everyone knows that anyways) but upper management does not care. Consume at your own risk.

Nothing unusual about the food at this location. It's on a busy thoroughfare in the city. Entry can be a bit difficult at times. Especially, if you’re travelling from the downtown North Bay section of the city. Much easier to get into if driving towards the downtown area of North Bay. It’s an easy right turn off Lakeshore Drive rather than turning left across two lanes of traffic. Not an easy task during the morning, lunch time, or end of day rush hours. The staff is usually very friendly.
