I went to day the need to change there oil. It was good like the other times

Staff were not overly friendly - we had guests from Japan & never saw one employee smile. Food was average - fries and popcorn chicken were spilling over the regular chicken pieces in the bucket - looked as if everything was tossed in too fast and sloppy. Received exactly 4 napkins and 4 forks - no extras and no spoon for the gravy. Had to use the restroom to clean hands because no extra napkins available anywhere. Purchased bottled drinks because we were not told there was fountain pop. Will not return for a long time and certainly not with guests/visitors. Food was edible but average only.

Food was soggy. Probably had been bathing in it's own grease under a heat lamp for who knows how long before it got to me. Got the food to go even though we asked for dine in. When we sat down we realized they didn't give us any utensils so I had to wait in line for 5 minutes just to ask the poor guy behind the counter for a fork

Very slow . A new employee was at the register and was have some helping her but instead other employees just stood around making customers wait extra long time . So when the food was given and attempted to eat it was now COLD .
