Family was disappointed after visiting here. It's only 3-5 years old, so still fairly new. We walked in at 5:16 or so and it wasn't busy at all. Unfortunately there were 0 table service transponders at 2 kiosks, so that was disappointing. The kiosk I was at had no receipt paper, and at no point was I provided a receipt. We had 2 poutine orders, and both seemed much smaller portioned compared to what we get at other McDonald's. In fact it was closer to half a portion. Don't believe me? This is my 130th review. Good read some others, it doesn't take much to impress me, but when multiple things go wrong, I say it like it is without drama.

Took about 4-5 minutes for 1 coffee the one time I went a month ago. I just tried calling twice to inquire about their menu and both times I let ring 10 rings with no answer. This place and McDonalds in general needs to start addressing a lot of issues that didn't seem to occur five to ten years ago. Their speed and service has been on a steady decline and I hope they get put on notice similarly to how Tim Hortons was this year.

Learned today that some prices have gone up again. Two seniors coffees (small) hit $2.90. Along with the reduced amount of ice cream in a sundae, McDonalds may be fast (arguable) but they are not cheap any more.

Never, ever go in the building to order a coffee.even if you can see just 2 people at the cash. Always use the drive threw even if there are 7-10 cars ahead of you. Its always faster threw the drive threw.
