I was part of a fairly large group. Seating was fine but service could have used some work. One meal came out cold, and most others weren't too happy with their food. I think most times it's hit and miss and consistency of the food might be it's down fall. Service is also very dependent on your service just like any restaurant but this particular time it wasn't very good. I will add Kapow shrimp is always great and one of my favorite things to ear.

We ordered food for pick up at this location. They forgot the gravy for the gravy fries, the balsamic vinaigrette for the salad, and the TORTILLAS for the fajitas! I called in and spoke with one of the managers and she immediately took all the blame for it as she forgot them. She offered for me to come back to get them, but I declined due to the drive. She said there is now a $25 gift card for me to pick up. Dinner that was night was completely ruined, but the 4 stars is for the way it was handled with professionalism.

Good place for an anytime of the day meal when you're on the run. Also good bar vibe when you're out watching the game with friends. Decent pricing on the menu and an alright selection for kids meals...the basic things that is easy to get the kids to eat...i would go again but I'd hope that the service was a little quicker and my kids and I would get our food before the people who ordered after us since we ordered first we should've been served first. Otherwise a nice place.

We went for around 7pm on a Friday without a reservation. We were a little surprised to see a line-up. They told us about 15 minutes for a table and we were seated within 10. I always find the staff here friendly and attentive. My wife and I shared 3 appetizers and the kids both had steak. All food came as requested and was pleasing to the palate. It's also one of our favourite places for a wings and beer night. Thanks again for a great night!

1. We ordered some beef ribs. They came out cold. 2. I ordered a steak. It came out under rare. 3. The coleslaw was dry and bland. 4. The manager was nice and offered to compensate us with a desert and 10$ off. Still dont think we will be coming here anymore because every dish we ordered came out poorly executed in one way or another. It is unfortunate because we eat at Montanas regularly and the quality I've been seeing has been going downhill. 2 stars is a stretch only because the server and manager were accommodating however, unhappy about the food which is most important.
