I don't rate many places with five stars but they get this cause it's consistent from one McDonald's to the other. You know how terrible the meat patties taste universally. There is a second level for more seating at this location with a cleaner helping you take away your trays. A first for this kind of service.

They were pretty fast and accurate but the new staff they hired, does not know how to multitask. There's always atleast one homeless person that asks for change. I usually will buy them something as I would rather not just give away my hard earned money.

This Yonge st. Location is usually extremely efficient, and the food is promptly served fresh (as totally opposed to the Front and George St location). I travel twice as far to go to the Yonge st. Location because it's worth it. Feb 23 edit: I am editing my four star review to a two star because the last two times that I have gone here, it has gone very much downhill in quality (although it is still very efficient). Mcmuffins are no longer fresh. They are now overcooked and dry. Very disappointing. Maybe new management which has now failed it?

Some of the staff are very intense. They might give you dirty looks for asking questions or not hearing them where they have to repeat themselves. The music is kind of intense and tacky too. Mostly hip hop and teenage type of pop music, probably too much for a franchise coffee shop. You almost feel like you are eating inside a night club. On the plus side, the two storey layout is pretty good.

Good customer service. Friendly staff. Best McDonald's experience!
