This was my first time dining at Spoon & Fork and probably my last. There are way better all you can eat sushi restaurants in the area at a much better price. The dining room is dimly lit and instead of ordering from an iPad, you have to constantly wave down a server to order from the menu. We asked to be seated at a booth but were told that area of the dining room was closed, however other guests proceeded to be seated there shortly after. I found it pretty pricey for a Tuesday night dinner and the quality of food was not up to par. Rice tasted weird, the avocado on top of my sushi roll was a weird dark brown colour, my order of fuzzy fries that are dressed in Italian seasoning had seasoning stuck to only three fries (literally), and our server, Vivian, informed us that the kitchen only uses imitation crab. Soft drinks are also not refillable and for dessert you can choose to order from a dessert menu for an extra fee or settle for chocolate or vanilla soft serve. After we paid our server Vivian, she walked away from the table without saying a word to us. No goodbye, no thank you, absolutely nothing. I'd definitely suggest sticking to your local all you can eat restaurants. They have a larger selection of food, free refills, and free dessert.

Felt like going back to this place almost immediately! Although some of the Thai dishes do not taste as authentic as they should, they do taste better especially the Street Style Pad Thai. Sushi selection is limited but satiating. Amazing ambiance and awesome service. Kudos to the staff and management! Definitely going back.

Worst customer service experience. Walked in and was not greeted by TWO hostesses who were just standing and talking. Once I was finally acknowledged the first thing the hostess said was ‘last call for all you can eat is in an hour’. I had high expectations for this sushi location and was very disappointed by their lack of service and food. The deep fried wontons didn’t have any filling inside and once I brought my concerns to my server she was unapologetic and didn’t know what to say. While eating, all the servers were having loud conversations near the dining area, where everyone can hear their inappropriate conversations. So unprofessional. Before paying the bill I let the manager know how I felt about their lack of service and terrible food, but received a generic response of ‘I’m sorry about that’. Definitely not going back. I do not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE.

I was at this location on Saturday with my girlfriends for lunch, we were a group of 8 and had the worst service ever. The waitress taking our order didn't bring our drinks till after we got our first serving. The food was just thrown on the table without explaining what each item was. We had a vegetarian among us and all the vegetarian items were mixed with the non veg items. Terrible! One of our food items we ordered didn't arrive till an hour later. We were there at 1:30 and we only left at 4 as the service was so slow. The saving grace was our last waitress Bianca who was just marvelous. She made up for the terrible service we had earlier with her wonderful smile and efficient service. I don't think I will ever go back here again. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Hosted my 30th birthday party here and the staff were amazing! They accommodated all our needs during set up and tear down. Granted my family (68+) were on the louder side but they were understanding. We were able to bring in our own cake and dessert. They provided us with all the hardware and utensils for the cakes and side foods. Thank you for making my day special!
