Came here to watch the hockey game last week, and we had the pleasure of having Natasha serve us. She is an AMAZING hostess, and I find that very hard to come across now a days. She constantly kept checking in with our group to make sure we got everything we needed, and was all smiles. The food was good, atmosphere was perfect and I love how spacious the location was. Overall, excellent place to go to, definitely worth checking out!

Went for dinner on a Thursday night. We were a group of 20 with kids. Our server Sarah was amazing and the bartender was fantastic!!! They were great with our kids and the service was excellent. The food was also great. No one had any complaints. I ordered the pecan salad and polished it off. My friends ordered the California wrap and others ordered the fish and chips. Everyone ate everything on their plates. The bar was really nice as well. I'd definitely go back and recommend this to families and a great place to go for drinks.

Go here quite a bit for lunch and i like it lots. surprisingly their gnocchi is really good... better Italian than just across the way. Burger is really good too. Atmosphere is amazing and comfortable. One of my favourite chain restaurants.

Group of 15 friends coming for dinner on Victoria Day. Place was not busy at all and was adequately staffed for the holiday. Everyone ordered food with some alcohol as well and appetizers. Drinks took time to arrive...food took even longer. The Server we had did not at any point offer any real explanation of why there was such a delay in service. When I ordered calamari it was delayed twice. The whole table came into the restaurant at 7pm, food was not received until 8:30. Again this place was not busy and there was staff everywhere. You would think that which such a large group more there would be more attention paid, however there was not. When asked about why the food was so delayed the server just said the kitchen burned the food twice. This was after waiting for 30mins after ordering food. Our service was terrible, the server was rarely around to check in on us. Will not recommend or come back to Shoeless Joe's again. Would prefer to give 0 out of 5 stars. You are better off going to Jack Astor's across the street

I enjoyed my dining experience in SJ! First time I've been to one with a friend. According to my friend, this location is very modern. The service we received was amazing. No complaints the staff were great! Would love to come back here to this SJ again!
