I was thoroughly disappointed. Not only did they not have any brisket at 1pm on a Saturday, but they tried hard to sell me on some old burnt ends. I was a customer at the old location, but even then, and more certainly now, it seems the owners are not all that great at management. There is no menu, just a blackboard on a wall that you have to walk over to. A piece of paper will suffice, but seriously if you don't have the money to get proper seating then wait until you can afford it to open. I am a 5'2" woman and my feet didn't touch the floor and yet my legs were jammed under the tables (ie. the takes and seating are not the proper height ratio as you will find out if you go there). All in all, they tried to re-create what they had in the former location, but as of yet my prediction is that this restaurant will be failure due to poor management.

Absolutely amazing! I love pulled pork so I choose it whenever it's on the menu. This pulled pork sandwich was the best in town! Creamy coleslaw, hot sauce and perfect pulled pork on a flatbread type bun - just amazing. I got fries on the side all for $14. I'll definitely be going back!

This is one of the best BBQ places I have ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious, and I have tried almost everything they offer. The fries are perfect and they give you generous portions. I don't think I have ever had chicken this tender in my life. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond each time I have been there. The service is quick, the prices are very fair, and even buying from the food truck is a memorable experience. I once mentioned I would be sharing a dish with my husband and without instruction from us, they portioned the dish into 2 servings. Small things like that show they truly do care about creating an amazing atmosphere for their patrons. I can't recommend this place enough, and it's one of my favorite places to eat; hands down.

Was looking for a BBQ smokehouse joint in London, and Shmokey's delivered! Seems to be a small operation with a rotating menu, I guess depending on what they decide to buy that day. The place is away from anywhere you'd expect to find a restaurant, but definitely worth finding. They only have a few tables, they were all full when we arrived. We (me+partner) were seated within 10 minutes and food came quick. We split a burnt ends brisket sandwich (topped with slaw and onions), chicken wings (full wing, not breaded, but deep fried) side fries, beans, and two bottled diet cokes. They serve local Anderson beer and ciders too. Its cash only, but they have an ATM on site. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Best BBQ in London. Food is amazing, atmosphere is great, we have been there a few times and people have shared their food with us. Maybe its like this due to its small size, but not many restaurants have this awesome vibe where you talk to the people around you. Owner is a nice guy too, comes out and talks to his customers when it starts to slow down. LOVE IT!
