WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Disgusting!! I will share photos to show how bad this place is. We couldn’t even find a clean table to sit at. There was a milkshake spilled on a table that has been there for so long it was starting to dry out. All garbage bins were overflowing. The counter for soft drinks and napkins was so dirty we skipped. Our food took for ever to be ready, we thought we were going to be lucky enough and we would get super fresh food... NO!! It was just long for dry meat and old bread burgers. We will never go there again!!

Hands down my best McDonald's play place experience in ages! It's not the most amazing play structure, but there are lots of sections for the kids to play, and within the doors of the play place there is plenty of seating for family, employees came in regularly to sweep up bits of paper garbage to keep it tidy and clean. Our food was also prepared quickly and even though there was a steady line of 5-8 people I only waited about 6 mins for my food after ordering.

Worst McDonald's in the city. 8/10 orders are missing items or wrong. Drive thru is slower than the 401 in rush hour during a snow storm. Simply avoid this place. Update: Continues to be awful. I actually thought I had a good experience today, in and out in 4 minutes. Then I opened my McChicken and it was cold and hard; it was obviously sitting for at least 30 minutes. The people who work at this location are absolutely terrible at everything they attempt to do.

Every single table was dirty and the garbages were full. Both ketchup dispensers were also empty. It was unappealing and a little bit gross. They can put more effort into this and do better.

Been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby... they renovated the indoor playground removing the ball pit which in my opinion totally sucks, only good thing is it looks more modern.
