Wow, love this place. We always love going to vegan restaurants and trying different things. Rise above has delivered for sure! Both of our dishes were yummy and we basically liked the plates. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for more.

Amazing, delicious vegan food with wonderful service. We love this restaurant and I know we're not alone because it is always packed. If you plan on going, call for reservations or you risk not getting in. I love everything thing about this restaurant from their incredible comfort food options like mac and cheese, stuffed mushrooms and potato wedges to their ever changing art that is for sale and promotes local artists. A must place to eat at when in St. Catherine's.

Amazing. We drove 200km to try this place and it was well worth it. We decided to split a couple of appetizers and were considering a third in order to try as many different items as possible. So glad we only tried the crispy seitan and the wedges supreme. The portions are big and the two of us couldn't finish it all. The flavours are wonderful and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Save room for a chocolate milkshake.

Enjoyed lunch here today with my boyfriend. We are not vegan but loved our meal. I had the roasted miso bowl and he had the highrise burger with upgraded wedges. Yum!!! Fresh and filling. Good service, cozy and clean environment. Dessert was good too! We would definitely eat here again!

Great food and atmosphere. This was the only place I could find delicious food (vegan or otherwise) on my trip to Niagara Falls. The restaurant scene around Niagara Falls is terrible and I traveled to Rise above twice because of that. And I was not disappointed. My first time there I had a pesto pasta. Was so fresh and delicious! The next time I went for brunch and ordered the coconut lime scones with fresh raspberry jam. AMAAZING! I got another order to go. Run don’t walk to get these scones with the jam! I give it four stars because I did order a chickpea flour omelette that I did not like. But they were more than willing to swap it out for another dish without charging me. Great service. Great food.
