This is hands-down the best sushi place to go for ever anywhere. Nick the owner is the most friendly, thoughtful, chrismatic and skillful owner-chef-manager that I've ever had the privilege of speaking to. The food quality is above anything you'll find anywhere else the flavor profile is as vast and as complex as a five-star restaurant in the heart of California. Gasoline does a very good job in selecting the product and having it set to a standard that I can appreciate. Some items that have seen on there for a while however there are one or two items that I would not recommend just due to the change it's not as good as used to be. Point and case the calamari is not the best but I think that is the only item I can think of that doesn't need my level of standards for "sushi" quality. Hello 10 would recommend everyone please come here this is the best place I've ever been and will continue to go over Big Tuna, great ocean, wind, east, seasons & sushi 8.

Quality is never a priority at an all you can eat sushi place. As usual the salmon is good (since we farm it in this country), but the rest of the fish was either tough or still had ice crystals in it from being frozen. One of their rolls looked (and tasted) like it had canned tuna on top. That's the stroke of death in my books (along with ice crystals in the sushi). Definitely an establishment run as a business and not by people who have food passion, care about food quality or giving their customers a positive food experience. A complete disappointment.

Food and presentation was amasing. Highly recommend the ai roll and coconut soup. :) Staff are wonderful and always have a smile. :D
