This place is pretty awful. I've been here twice. The first time the service was very subpar (they had mistakenly given our food to another table...who then apparently ate it). The second time, today, we were non-greeted by a hostess who let us stand and wait while she conducted a personal conversation for a minute or two. She then acted bothered when we asked for a table by the window...despite it being not busy at all at 430pm. Then a few minutes after being seated she came back and asked us if we'd mind moving "to the back". After saying that yes, we would mind, she insisted we move. After telling her we'll just leave instead (which we did), I asked for her name, to which she replied "it's not important". After asking to speak with a manager we were told "they're all busy". It is safe to say that we will not be going back here, ever.

We went here twice in the same Sunday evening. Once for Supper and later to have a drink at the bar. We were welcomed and seated very quickly and got our drinks and meals the same. Food was very nice, no complaints at all. Service was excellent. Later we came back for drinks and the two bartenders were fantastic, very quick service and made for a great atmosphere. We totally enjoyed our night in TGIF. Thanks to all the staff.

The food and service is decent and the prices are good, I love the signature drinks (especially the mudslide 😍) and appetizers. It's conveniently located on the train and bus route, which means easy access. AND in the theater district, which means lunch, dinner, appetizers, and/or drinks.

The service was great. The food... not so much

The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was old and dry. The manager was very rude. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone
