I can't get over how amazing this was. I got the tomato based chowder, my boyfriend got the cod fish and chips, and it was honestly outstanding. I'm a huge seafood lover, and typically clam chowder is my favorite meal, so I'm pretty picky. This was truly exceptional. I'm thinking of driving back into Hamilton just to have it again. Please open a location in Toronto, I need to come back here soon. That was the best meal I've had in a very long time.

I've been dying to try this place for a long time, and finally got my chance this past week. I ordered beer-battered haddock (two pieces) with fries and coleslaw, and this is the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The fish was perfect - when I cut into it, it didn't fall apart in a mess like at other places - the breading was crispy and the fish itself was firm. but succulent. The fries were great, and so was the slaw. I don't think the dishwasher needed to do much work with my plate when I was done.

My boyfriend and I go to Fsh & Chp almost every week! It's our favourite cheat-day spot. The staff is always super friendly, the calamari and hushpuppies are to-die-for, the fish is always light and crispy. You won't even leave the slaw on your plate! My only gripe is about how small the place is vs. how popular it is. I think Fsh & Chp could do with a bit more real estate to seat more guests. Also, if you visit this lovely little spot, bring a sweater! The breeze comes in the door with the patrons and leaves the place quite chilly. All in all, still a favourite of ours. We'll continue to frequent for years to come! :)

Delicious food, friendly service, nice decor. Very friendly waitress that was very attentive but not overbearing. The food was a little pricey for being mostly fried, but acceptable for location. Delicious and generous portion of fish and chips, shrimp tacos with mango were also good. Cozy, small downtown location. Decor was simple, beach/ocean and scandinavian themed; fish and chips with style.

We went to this place on a Saturday night. The place is so small and so busy. There is absolutely no place to wait. We had to wait outside in a cold snowy night. The tacos are good but I didn’t like the sauce used in it. I stole my friend’s tartar sauce and then it tasted good. Good tacos but need to change the sauce. My uncle had the box the shrimp was really good and the fries.
