Being that I’m from Southern California this Chipotle is an absolute joke. They’re super cheap with their portions and when you ask for sauce on the side they barely fill it halfway. On top of that they measure out your meat in a proportioned cup which is ridiculous. I got the chicken bowl and most of my chicken was charred, so I kept having to spit out when I got that surprise burnt taste. Staff also looks extremely miserable and are too busy talking to each other to give quality customer service. Don’t waste your time going to Chipotle unless you’re in the states. If you want something similar to this than I’d recommend Tortilla. Tortila is MUCH better and also gives you more for your money.

Finally great affordable burritos. The quality keeps up the dependable American brand name. The service is friendly and the food is great.

As close to true Mexican food that we've found in London. Food is fresh and made as you order. One thing I miss is Pico de Gallo and the other seasonings without sugar or too much cumin.

A bit like subway, but with full range of Mexican food. Reasonable price (~£7 a person) with extraordinary flavor. A good place to go if you fancy anything spicy🌶

I love Chipotle and it pains me to rate one poorly, but 1) while I consider myself an expert of the 'fast casual' genre of Mexican food, I should not have to tell you how to make my bowl - i.e. bowls come with rice and guac is free for veg 2) tiny space/the layout made no sense/no one knew where to line up 3) some of the policy decisions bothered me - no sofritas and limit of 1 beer per person per meal (one adult customer and their adult partner should be able to order 2 beers with their shared meal).
