When this restaurant first opened up, the service was okay and the food was pretty good. I found myself going here quite often with friends and family. Now they've raised the prices a lot, taken a lot off of the menu and worst of it all, the quality of the food and customer service has gone way down. There are two meals that in the past, I really enjoyed but in the past two years, I've found that you never get the same quality of a meal when you go here. Sometimes it will be good, but a lot of the time the meals aren't as good as they used to be. It's really inconsistent. And almost always the rice is so undercooked that it's hard and crunchy, which makes it inedible. As for the customer service, there is one server there that is really good and if you get him, you'll have good service but most of the time, you get seated and have to wait 30+ minutes just to get a glass of water. And after you're finished your meal, you always have to wait 20+ mins for the server to come back to ask you if you want your bill, then you have to wait some more for them to bring you your bill. Due to all of this, I just don't find myself going here anymore. TLDR: Food quality is inconsistent, prices have gone up, poor customer service (slow, unattentive, forgetful)

The food and service was great. A little on the pricey side.

Friendly staff, but the prices are based from Oshawa's restaurant.. So it's super expensive for the portions given. Will only return because I got a gift card from the lovely manager. When I was younger, my mother often took me to Lone Star in Kingston. SO MANY amazing memories, and the restaurant was AMAZING, decorated so COOL, all the Jazz! . Bellevilles location doss not live up to my childhood memories - which is so disappointing!
