My burger was a bit cold, so the manager insisted on making a new one in less than 5 minutes. That was great service. Love the atmosphere. The food tastes a little frozen then re-heated. Other than that, everything is great.

Excellent Service! My office ordered a large take out order and it was fantastic! The food was great, packaged with care to avoid sogginess and also ready on time to be picked up. The person who took my order over the phone remembered my name when I came in to pick it up, greeted me cheerfully and held the door on my way out! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Great atmosphere. Prices a little high for quality of steak. To be fair I ordered a sirloin steak 2 years ago and there was so much grisley I could not eat it. They replaced it but we got one just as grisly and tough. The manager was apologetic. I have ordered other meals there and they have been wonderful. Servers are great. Great place to take your family. The steak might have just been a bad batch. They have great wings. I like that I can use my CAA card and get a discount, plus they take air miles.

I find that anytime I go here, the service tends to be quite slow and the servers always seem to forget to bring things along with your meal (like dipping sauces) and you have to remind them to bring it. I just went there yesterday and had to ask 3 times before I got my water refilled. The meal was good but the service was iffy.

Had a great experience here! Our server (Heather) was fast and attentive, always brought us what we needed without having to ask. The food was amazing too (Surf n Turf and the Southwest Skillet). All staff was friendly and polite.
