The food was delicious but the process by which they use to track and notify customers when a table is ready is quite confusing. 20 tables at least were empty with steady stream exiting and the line up at the door was 15-20 deep. Granted there were reservations. Once I was notified by text that a table was ready - it took an additional 10 minutes to be seated. The need a clearer system to the customer and absolutely less people standing about at the front desk. Anywhere from 4-7 staff at any given time. I would have had another drink and my companions also were we seated earlier and given a drink menu.

The food is a little on the pricey side but you can tell it is authentic, Italian food. Everything was fresh and tasted like it was made in house. The aesthetics of the restaurant is beautiful and rustic. (Good for IG posts) The service was phenomenal. All of the staff were very hospitable and attentive. Definitely would recommend this for a nice night out.

Really good food, prices are fair. Only reason I gave four instead of five stars is I wish they had more lights in the place. And I and others notice it every time. It seems dark and gloomy due to the lighting but its contrasted with music and liveliness which is at least good. Still regardless its a GREAT place to go to for a nice dinner!

Went here to eat last week.Everything going well until the waiter spilled a full cup of water on my pants. Completely soaked. No apology from the manager. I got a petty birthday dessert that I know cost them nothing and they could give at their own discretion. Needless to say i was expecting a comp on the meal. I even packed up my food to leave because i could not sit there in wet ass pants and eat. Very disappointed by management and the way this was handled. I will not be coming back even though i’ve been a long time guest.

Food was very good and large portions. The service was absolutely amazing. Drink refills without asking before done the current drink, multiple check ins to make sure everything was okay, a floor manager came over to refill waters when they were low and asked us how things were. Seems like a very upgraded version of East Side Mario's. Highly recommend.
