So they spent 10 min taking my take out order, telling me at the end they could not honor their own promotion. The staff seemed very confused and had to bring 2 staff to tell her how to operate the system. The process took so long and the service was so poor that I had to leave for a different place. Dont think I would return there. Horrible experience

As someone who is celiac, it was nice to find a restaurant who could make something other than salad for me to eat! The staff double checked my food issue and let me know that while they could not guarantee they did their best to ensure no cross contamination.

They have ONE server. We sat down and had to wait 5 minutes for the one server to take our order. Another 10 minutes and we don't even have the drinks.... really bad. Don't come here.

The chicken and fries are cooked perfectly! Not all Swiss chalets are the same. More importantly, this lovely lady served us and was awesome! She was the only waitress but did a steller job. Thank you for the great service
