Excellent service and food; far above expectations for a location in a mall and downtown, as there tends to be a decline in quality in both cases. Food was fresh and tasty, alterations were made to our orders free of charge, and they had no problem giving us lots of extra condiments. A good location to prioritize when you have the choice!

No milkshakes available at this location. Serves a regular group of senior citizens. Younger staff genuinely give great effort but managers just glad to see you go and boss the younger employees. Sense of favorites system there or clique like most downtown locations.

Honestly over the past few months this particular location has really stepped up their game. The service is phenomenal during lunch hours, and the food quality is excellent. If you're going to go to a McDonalds and you're in the area this is the place to go. Unfortunately since it's in a food court the seating is not always the greatest so I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The Store (I'm sorry, restaurant) and service were great. Specially service. But the area overall is not clean.

I am always a little disappointed when I come to this location. There is usually only one cashier and the line moves slowly. When the line was getting unreasonably long, another cashier opened up but seemed annoyed to do so, even though she wasn't doing anything in the back to make the line move quicker. For this reason, I have left twice to go somewhere else. I think they need a kiosk at this location to make the customers and employees happier. They should also get McCaffe.
