Florence is one of the nicest, friendliest, most efficient waitresses here. Food is served fresh, fast and hot by a very genuine person. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, and the chalet sauce is, of course, landmark, along with new tasty selections to the ever growing menu. Quarter chicken staple though.

Tasty food and welcoming staff. We had a really good experience here. We’ve been served by the guy with name Carlos. He should get a raise. Good suggestions and friendly approach. Food was filling at reasonable prices.

So i come to the restaurant and lady waitress was rude to me .i had some scene points to redeem and asked her may i do that here .she very rudely said ,only if you earned it .i mean why would i even ask about it if i don't have the points .they don't have a system to scan the code! .manually typing it like its the 80s and she tried 3 times and put it wrong and turns me to that you don't have any .most ridiculous thing was she said you owe me the money ! Don't judge me by my skin color i am brown and i can pay for my stuff .like most of us . I would say .good luck .NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I ordered a beef poutine to go. The fries and the gravy were ok but the beef, which was supposed to be super tasty as they qualify it 'roasted slowly', is actually disgusting ! Moreover the employees were not really nice. I put a second star for the xxl portion.

Swiss Chalet is not my favorite place but since every good food place near Eaton Center was closed I decided to pop in anyway. I got seated quickly and Carlos was our server. I got Pasta with chicken and to my delight it came fairly quick. I really enjoyed my meal, it was full of flavor and the bread was crispy and tasty too. All in all a good experience.
