Ordered four veggie platters; extremely small portions, NO salt or taste in the food, the woman who was our server had a real stank attitude and horrible service skills. When only two plates arrived, to our horror, the woman informed us that two of the portions were served on one plate. Online it was advertised that there was free coffee with any order over $50 which was also not honoured. After ordering not-free coffee, it was also served in EXTREMELY tiny cups. The bill was over $70 and everyone was still hungry. Overall, it was a terrible experience and extremely embarrassing to bring out-of-town guests to this restaurant. Will never return here, even if it was free, even if you paid me to go.

Great owners, delicious food & chill atmosphere. We would definitely recommend!

Went there with a friend of mine for lunch for the first time and had two of their popular dishes, one beef and one vegetarian. Food was great, and the freshly roasted coffee beans in front of us after that was absolutely awesome.

I was disappointed tonight as the food was pretty much cold when it got to our table. Our host left us waiting for a trough to wash our hands. After asking her, she then told us that we had to leave our table and go downstairs to the washroom to wash our hands. Oh and the lamb tibs were not ready. Very red (bloody) in the middle, it's not like we preferred it rare. Left a very raw taste in my mouth, I literally lost my appetite. The injera was dry and my friend and I often found ourselves trying to swallow.

There are a lot of great Ethiopian food spots in Toronto, but Sheba is standout. Great food and even better service. Also beautifully decorated with eclectic, modern Ethiopian art.
