Thursday night let down. Nice big space could get a great pick up place....but when my turn came at 615 they had no chicken Told me it would be a 3p min wait as they had orders before me and no chicken. KFC you will have to learn how to deal with electronic eats orders and still care for your walk in traffic... the two staff there had no idea how to handle it and were floundering

Disgusting rude horrible employees. I usually buy a side of spicy mayo it always comes up to 0.53. The back worker and the rude cashier both told me it was 1.00 without even keying it in. When I told them to show me that on the register they put "add gravy" I wasn't buying gravy I was buying SPICY MAYO. Those two disgusting women need training. I went to the KFC in the mall and got it 2 for 1.05. So they lied and tried to charge me more. I'm never returning to this pathetic place again. Those two women should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the second time I've gone since they renovated. I was hoping the food would be better but unfortunately it was disappointing. The chicken was over cooked and greasy. Tasted like the oil they used was old. Also ordered 2 large coleslaw and found they were only half filled containers. I won't be returning here.

Standard KFC. Never had an error on an order. Newly renovated store doesn't have seating in the waiting area, as of date of this review. Has drink fountain setup. They have delivery service out of this location.

Terrible service I'd rather go to the KFC in the mall. Hope they go out of business so rude!
