One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had a coupon and they did not want to honor it. I wasn't trying to scam them or take advantage. I simply didn't wanted to use a coupon I had received to get a couple of ice creams for the family. I drove to anithet McDonald's down the street and they processed everything just fine. In general this locations customer service and staff is lacking. I've had other experiences, but don't have the time to write them all. This was just the straw that broke the camels back.

Food is fine. Just like other McDonald’s I’ve been to. It just that they always forget something in the order. I am talking 100% forget something. Today they forgot my daughter’s chocolate milk and bbq sauce. The last time it was the salad dressing. Before that it was something else. I am always optimistic each time I come back but it’s happened since I started coming here about a few years ago. What a streak!! Signed - Sucker for Punishment

Poor service. Just visited at 9:40pm Had to wait 10 minutes for 2 regular medium coffees. Employees (what appeared to be all highschool students) were casually conversing with each other not minding the customers. Had to remind them to get the coffee 10min later. No manager/supervisor in sight. This is our last visit here

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. My wife ordered a sausage wrapped in lettuce and received 4 pieces of lettuce. Then the manager ( Stacey) argued with us after we complained saying they don't do sausage wraps anymore. Asked her why they took the order and her answer was what do you want me to do I am just a human. I told her I want you to refund the $4.29 you charged us for 4 pieces of lettuce and I want you to ask the guy who is standing beside you begging me for money to leave the store and stop hassling your customer. She asked me why it was a problem. So I asked her for her bosses name and number and she refused to give it to me. WOW?

Good value - for breakfast! Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. 4 stars!
