The staff here are very nice and are usually good at handling rush times. The quality of the food improved after the food court renovation. They also haven't messed up my order since the renovation which I'd say is impressive since I come here a lot. The biggest downside would be the fact that it's always busy so sometimes you wait a long time for your food.

Very busy and crowded location but orders came out fast. There are also self order machines you can use which is really cool and innovative.

This McDonald's location is okay. This is the only real benefit since its in the mall. Other than that its like most other location. Service can be real slow when it gets busy. So check your order to ensure its correct before leaving

This location is definitely in the lead for the worst Mcdonalds in this city. The managers take advantage of their young crew using intimidation tactics to get everything out of them. When I asked the middle aged lady at the cash register she said they like to hire students in grade 9 so they can get taken advantage of for the full 4 years. I have heard stories of young students getting assaulted on the way to the bus because they were forced to stay long past ordinary closing time. The managers did absolutely nothing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ABUSE!!

Lineups at this location can be very very long.... and the order fulfillment process leaves a lot of people, self included, to ask why this franchise owner didn’t make major changes when the mall did a major renovation to the food court. Anyhow, if it’s not busy, you’ll get your order quickly especially via mobile order. Today however, mobile ordering didn’t offer the any size coffee for $1 plus 5 cents tax. I had to line up...in the very long lineup and then line up again in the very long lineup waiting for my extra large $1.05 Java. Heck, that’s the price of getting this super deal!
