This review is based on bar service (not dining room). Staff did not acknowledge my friend and I for almost 15 minutes after we were seated at the bar. I understand that it was a busy night, but acknowledging a customer (even if you aren't assisting them at the moment) is basic customer service. Eventually a sever took our drink orders. She never came back to ask if we wanted a menu and it was very difficult to flag someone down. We decided to leave after our drinks. If you're in the area and trying to find a good bar, I would recommend going to the Moxie's close- much better customer service.

A fun upbeat personality with solid menu items anyone can enjoy. Soothing music helps to create a relaxed atmosphere for dining and romantic occasions. An abundance of Chef inspired dishes are delivered in uniquely positioned plates and bowls. All orders are eligible to earn scene points towards movies and concessions at Cineplex theatres.

Food was terrible. Service was okay. Had the Calamari and the Seafood pasta. The pasta was so bland in taste like it was missing something. Probably the worst pasta I ever had and I am not sure how it's still on the menu. Would not go back here for pasta. Calamari was okay but small portions for a shareable appetizer.

I love Milestones food, particularly the prime rib chefs cut; ordered it medium rare, received it medium well. My girlfriend order the butternut squash ravioli, which she always gets, it was missing ingredients, and the amount of sauce accompanying the dish was 1/4 of what it regularly is. It was beyond disappointing. I personally would have been embarrassed to plate and serve the dishes knowing they so obviously fall short of the Milestones franchise standards. We will not be back. These guys don't do it right, and they don't operate at the standard of which we are used to from their other locations. We will continue to go to either the downtown location or their Richmond Hill location, where quality is obviously more important to them.

Milestones is a nice place to visit once in a while, it has a dim, classy, and relaxing setting; a nice place to meet a friend and catch up. This is a 3 venue because although Saba, or Sarah, was very attentive and helpful with selecting vegetarian options, I found the food quality to be lacklustre considering the above standard pricing. I would recommend the butternut squash ravioli if one were to come eat here, but as mentioned I did not find the value to be there. Overall, a decent place to chill and have a conversation but if you want the best bang for your buck this is not the place for you
