Ordered delivery. Missing leg of chicken from my order. Bread was soggy. Fries were soggy. I usually do not post reviews but this was a really bad experience. There is no excuse. Do not come to this location.

Food is always good. I love the rotisserie chicken. I find that similar to most of the Swiss Chalet restaurants that I have been to, this one follows the trend - takes a bit of a time to get served. But on this particular day, our food was served on time so no issues there. It was when we were going to pay that we had to wait a while before we were given our bill and a little more time before we were finally able to pay. Our server was very nice and polite though. 😊

The new kitchen staff have really stepped up. The chicken, fries, spring rolls, and even the apple pie (served warm) were great.
