From a 5 star to 1 in less than 10 minutes. Today we had the displeasure of being served by Brody. His attitude, and demeanor combined with his sarcasm completely ruined our lunch. When we complained to the manager it was clear that she could not control him. She asked him to make our food as she took the rest of our order, and he spent the next few minutes throwing our food together (throwing in the literal sense). It is worth noting that this is the first time I have rated a taco bell anything less than 5 stars, it's one of my favorite places to eat! But we will not be back to this location any time soon, since customers are an obvious inconvenience here. We will be contacting the general manager, as well as the owner of the location based on today's experience.

We just went through the drive through and got a number 3 soft taco with supreme fries. We asked to have another combo exact same, just a different drink.. The drive through is designed so you have no choice but to drive out onto Queenston which is always busy. Anyways they gave me a fries instead of a fries supreme on 1 order. We went back through the drive thru and they still missed the hot sauce the second time through. The lady at the window was polite and nice about it, but our food was almost cold by the time all was said and done. I'm about done with fast food, it's so annoying that nobody can ever get a simple order right. End of rant.
