Eat here today for the first time. Something is odd about this location the food portions and taste is off compared to other locations. Not sure if its the crappy mall setting but probably wont come back here again.

I have been a fan of Sarku Japan Teriyaki chicken in the USA for close to ten years. I was craving for Teriyaki chicken and wanted to give this a try at this place. There was not even a single person at the stall which I should have understood but I went ahead with my order. The price was $11 It is the most worst ever and most disappointing experience I had with fast food so far. The chicken portion was like baby food portion, noodles were just a handful and even though I asked for Teriyaki sauce to put on the chicken, they denied and added soy sauce instead. It’s just boiled noodles with soy sauce. I request people not to go to this place and waste your time and money.

Very poor services there but it's good food no matter what

Barely qualifies as food, let alone "Japanese." This tired mall food court brand from the 1980's is an insult to cosmopolitan Toronto, and it probably needs to be retired. Food at this location is a joke: small portion sizes of low-quality ingredients. You can get far, far better Asian food elsewhere in the mall.

Tried the beef teriyaki and it was really good. The price is acceptable and the quality worths it (I had a student discount which makes it even better)
