WORST service I have ever experienced. Similar to other customers' experiences, I waited forever for drinks. When I arrived to join some friends I waited more than 20 minutes before the waitress even came to ask what we wanted. After ordering it was another 20 before the beer came. The rest of the night was the same. People at our tabled joked that you better order two because one will be long gone by the time she comes back. Now for the bad part: My bill came to just under $100 and considering I thought the service was terrible, I did not think the waitress deserved a tip. I said what the hell and gave her $5 anyway. She then proceeded to exclaim to my friend that "that f$%& guy gave me a $5 tip on a $bill. She made an outrageous scene which everyone in that corner of the restaurant could hear. She actually threw a tantrum and was shouting "you think I'm only worth $5" etc. etc. Funny, my one friend's bill was $50-60 and she thought $5 was fine from him. She somehow still feels entitled to a percentage of the bill after delivering terrible service. $5 was more than she deserved but after that I made her give it back to me. No word from any manager or other servers and they could certainly see what was happening. Won't be back and I would advise to avoid the place.

It’s comical how terrible our service was tonight. Considering my boyfriend not only brought in a table of 12 people, but the Grey Cup as well, truly reflects how poorly managed this place is (might I add, that this location is deemed a sponsor of the Toronto Argonauts). We waited 10min at the host station which was unattended. There was no one at the bar or on the floor to ask where our reservation was. Once we were finally seated, our server came over to explain that she was the only person attending everyone that night. I understand that the situation was out of her control, however the manager should have stepped in to assist her, and the bartender shouldn’t be taking breaks to text in one of the booths. Additionally, our party found it highly innapropriate to ask for a picture with the cup in his restaurant/bar and not offer up some sort of comp. for the person bring you the free exposure.

Hostess service was poor - wouldn't give us a booth as "reservations were coming". The place was empty and when we left an hour later it was still barely half full. Wait staff service was slightly better. Food options are very limited and the food was passable at best. Tropical Sangria was only item I really enjoyed.

This place has always been loyal when it comes to watching the fight. whether I'm dinning in OR sitting at the bar. The service is pretty quick, there are lots of seats and screens and pool tables too. You'll find the typical bar food menu with pretty good servings. Heads up, theres little to ZERO parking around, so be prepared to walk a bit. All in all great place, I'd definitely go back!

Wow... The food was fantastic. We came after seeing The Illusionists. The service was wonderful and quality of food amazing. The chefs are incredible. We're from north of the city and our restaurants do not have food like this. Was not expecting this kind of food from Shoeless Joe's. Well done! Will definitely be back. Had the Beef Bowl and wife had 10 Spice Chicken and chick pea bowl. So flavourful.
