ordered a pizza, and after two hours, they still didn't deliver. I called the store, no one answered, it rang for five minutes. I called corporate and they finally got the store. The woman on the phone only said I'll cancel your order. No offer to make it up to me. I'm only 800 meters away from the restaurant. It's just unacceptable.

This is a relatively new location, so is bright, updated and clean. The staff was pretty personable. Specials are really well-priced. We had the meat lovers calzone and Caesar salad - both were really good. Good fill before a movie!

Worst experience with food delivery I have ever had. I had to call the manager multiple times and get a run-around multiple times. The pizza came over 50 minutes late and the manager was extremely resistant to even offer a discount. I couldn't believe this horrible level of customer service, and I will definitely be thinking twice before ordering pizza again from this establishment.

Incompetent muppets running the outlet, with complete disregard for customers. I place an order and wait over an hour for the delivery. After the scheduled delivery time, I try calling their number which no one bothers to answer. And after multiple attempts when I finally get through, I am told they can't service my order because of an issue with their oven. Shouldn't you guys have had the courtesy to at least inform us? Shambolic service - this is not the first time I have experienced this at this outlet. Never going to waste my time or money here anymore.
