First of all I shouldn’t have to cut baby back ribs with a steak knife. The meat should be falling off the bone. The meat was not tender or moist. The cornbread was dry. The choice of bbq sauces tasted like something I would use to dip some chicken nuggets into. Bad choices when it comes to B.B . Sauce. I ordered a tall glass of beer but server brought me a 18 ounce glass. I looked at menu and realized she made a mistake. I wanted the 320z. She then tells me that she would bring me the 32oz charge me for that and void the 18oz. She then shows up with a small glass of beer. I ask her how many ounces the glass is, she says 10oz. Lets do the math here 18 plus 10 is 28. I then tell her she is shorting me 4 ounces but charging me full price for 32oz. She tells me they are going to give me the missing 4oz. I ask to speak to manager. The guy shows with a small glass little over half way full.. I couldn’t believe it. I’m not here to get free beer but you figured as a manager he would have filled my glass up for the inconvenience. Please see attached picture. He has absolutely no manager skills when it comes to customer service. By the way I didn’t drink the half full glass to prove a point. He gave me a discount on my check after I told him I would take care of him by leaving a review. Conclusion: food was horrible try going to Charlotte North Carolina USA to learn how to make delicious ribs. Sorry Canada you are getting scammed by eating here. Trust me these ribs are not good. The server had better sense of how to make things better after I was upset. Manager should go back to the kitchen and wash plates. Has no clue on how to treat paying customers.

During the April ice storm! Fantastic, friendly server who was working alone due to the weather. Despite the workload, she was chatty and upbeat, and helped to make my daughter's birthday dinner a fun experience. Thank you!

pulled pork bbq burger was amazing. Staff were courteous. The wait was longer but was OK as the place was full. Rack of ribs, another staple food to try when you visit the place.

Waitress was constantly rushing as we tried to speak to her. Her random attempt at being funny was unnecessarily racist. We aren't asian but she came to us with a hot dish saying "hot hot hot" with an Asian accent...which I didn't understand why...shes white and spoke perfect English a moment before lol....food was garbage. The light above us was burnt out or just off so we were sitting in the dark basically, at 9pm. Just a weird crappy experience. I couldn't remember why I avoided Montana for 2 years. Now I remember.

Really nice restaurant. We went on a Saturday afternoon so it wasn't that busy. The servers are really friendly and the service is really fast. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was on par with other Montana locations.
