It was very fun and even tho there were lots of people we got our large pizza in 15 minutes. Or less. My sister and I had more than 3 hours of fun with just 950 play points put together. If u go here I suggest playing their online games for 500 tickets. Also Chuck e cheese is nice and gives tickets every hour which is perfect.

The food is still the same, not too bad but not the greatest. I used to like the tokens for games instead of the new point card that they have. It looks like you are paying more for each game since each game takes a lot of credit as well. And if you are ordering several things, check out their bundle orders which isnt really being promoted because you'll save a lot more. 30 dollars to be exact if you order a platter, large pizza, drinks and 1000 play credit separately. The bundle even offers the cinnamon dessert. But they do not proactively promote it even after you order. Otherwise, if you are willing to shed out some money,a good place to keep kids busy for several hours.

First time at Chuck E Cheese as a parent (only ever visited as a kid). Tickets are low-valued, so don't expect to walk away with anything big, but tokens were really cheap so play was plentiful. The automated Ticket counter is excruciating to use unless all your tickets are attached. They need something better for that. However, that was the only thing I found flawed with the experience. My son loved his time there, and the staff are knowledgeable, well trained, and friendly.

LOW FRILLS BUSINESS MODEL. Super loud and Chucky act repetitive. The ticketed rewards are beyond cheap. Prizes are dated and again of the lowest of low of quality and relevance for the kids. Management and staff very friendly, hence any stars. Without the people that make it a nicer experience this place probably would shut down. Bought birthday package... $800 later found that buying play cards for kids was cheaper outside the birthday. Makes no sense.

Kids will definitely have a lot for fun here but if your hosting a birthday party don't expect to be private. 5 parties at the sametime so be prepared to be pretty cozy to the table next to you. The food is nothing special. Pizzas tastes like pizza pizza. Servers are ok and attentive.
