We had a perfect experience at this Swiss chalet today. Dorothy was our server and despite having tons of table she was sweet and super efficient. Been here before also, typical Swiss chalet and no complaints! Would come back.

Prices reasonable. . For nonvegetarians chicken is good. 3 stars because vegetarian options are almost nonexistent.

The chicken was dry, plain, and felt microwaved by how rubbery it was. the chicken parm was extremely crispy around while the middle was all mushy, the seasoning for the chicken tasted like it was just mixed in just flour. the food took extremely long to get to the table. understandable if it was busy but It wasn't. very unpleased. not coming back

Just recovering from surgery,my husband suggested ribs for me.upon arriving home with the take out order.a very sad attempt I'll say.dried out ribs.half cooked fries.cold slaw with no dressing at all.no sauce.no drink.all for 33.oo $ is this a joke? Maybe that hospital food was not that bad in comparison Stick to chicken guys ribs are out of your league. In fact basic skills need to be a dressed in your kitchen.

The food was typical Swiss Chalet fare. My father's roast beef was overdone. The service was slow - had to chase down our server to get our bill.
