The Red Lobster at this area surely ISN’T my favorite. Not sure if it was just a bad first impression, but I didn’t enjoy the majority of my meals. First off I had a Ultimate plate of seafood. Though when it came, there were only 2 bowls of shrimp(about 5 in each bowl) floating in oil, and a small lobster tail(singular), along with some thin crab legs, and broccoli. We also ordered a side of zucchini “zoodles,” but somehow they were also drowned in oil. Not saying this Is their fault, but the menu presents items as larger than they actually are, or in larger quantities, and certainly didn’t show any access oils. When we were near close to leaving, I’d decided to get a whole lobster, because I didn’t think you could mess up boiling seafood. The food itself tasted, okay, nothing with extreme, amazing flavor, just bland. But I kid you not, for the $40 I spent, the lobster was pretty small. If you want to imagine it, lay your hand out, and measure the distance from your ring finger, to your thumb(diagonally, from each point/tip) the waitress (Her name is Crystal) was amazing, and while that’s a plus, not many people return to a restaurant for only good waiters them self. There items once again are pretty much kid sized, and can’t fill the average adult. My day was spent mostly enjoying their biscuits, and soda. If you want a MUCH better, and filling alternative, take yourself to Captain Boil( I really like the one located in the Vaughan area)

I have been coming to this location for over five years. Sometimes you just feel like a good seafood dinner. And this place delivers every time. I recommend getting an ultimate feast as it includes a bit of everything, along with a lobster tail, of course. I find staff very professional and always make an effort to make your visit personal and special. See you there!

I've been to this location a number of times and normally there's usually a line-up but it was nice that we were able to get a table on entering the restaurant or at least my guest and I thought so. The food was great - love the fish tacos and would highly recommend them. My guest had the Seaport Lobster and Shrimp meal which is a pretty hefty meal for one person but will satisfy the biggest appetite. The service was lacking though - very nice server but took awhile for us to get our orders or refills. Oh and the parking area is a bit of a nightmare as they're doing major construction on it so parking may be an issue on a really busy night, so best of luck!!!

Quality of food and services improved much over the years. Price is reasonable for its menu. The dining area feels too traditional and not very lively. Fortunately their staff are friendly and cheerful to light up the place. Plenty of choices in menu besides seafood and they all look and taste good. However their lunch portion is way too small like kid's meal that can hardly satisfy average adult.

The food was good. But the manger and the fellow who served us are greedy with their biscuits! We spent over $100 dinning in. We asked for more biscuits and they gave us 2- yes 2. Totally ridiculous to think they say their bread is “unlimited”.. I love the branch in Brampton.. they always take care of my family very well. Will never come back here.. if I were starving and this branch was the closest to where I was I will rather do a drive through at some other eatery!
