My mother and I always enjoy our meal a Jamie's! Their brownies are absolutely to die for. I've had gnocchi here a few times and it's always very good. The less traditionally Italian meals are also enjoyable, I had a delicious and juicy burger here and the salads are well balanced with a protein and grain so they are filling. Also, the kids meals are really nice, I appreciate that they are healthy and allow my son to try new things. His favourite so far is the fish stew (salmon, peas, and gnocchi). I always enjoy eating his leftovers. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the portions are too small. The pasta size is good, but whenever I get something else the sides are tiny. Jamie, would it break the bank to give me more coleslaw?

Loved eating here! It felt a little pricy but the food was great, portion size was good, and I loved it aesthetically. Initially we were going to go to the Cheesecake Factory, but the line was (of course) too long and someone recommended Jaime's to us earlier. I haven't been to CF yet, but I think I'd still like Jaime's better.

We had a really good time. Here is the good and bad. GOOD: Staff - Very friendly, efficient and professional Location - easy access from the parking lot, part of the mall, what more can you ask for. Ambiance - lot's of people, all having a great time. Very postitive Decor - WE LOVED IT! Very well done. Price - I don't know. Somebody else treated. BAD Food - not really bad, but not the high point. It was O.K. Drinks - First drink was great. I ordered a refill of the same thing, and it tasted completely different. Consistency is important. SUMMARY Don't go there for a culinary experience. Go for the fun. I would certainly recommend it and return.

This is more of 3.5. The food was honestly just meh. Nothing special to note here but if you like nice interiors and friendly staff then this is your place. The food was not bad by any means, just nothing special nor memorable. At this price point I think you can do better? Just my opinion.

I must say I had high expectations since I’m a big fan of Jamie Oliver. The food was average at best, the service was ok, but what surprised me the most was the lack of cleanliness. On my long way to the washroom (not sure about the idea of washroom upstairs throughout the entire restaurant) I was disappointed to see the amount of dust and residue on the staircase. While I was walking up, I could see it actually falling down to the bar area. Also, the washroom with only 4 stalls for the ladies in a the restaurant this size is not adequate. Definitely won’t go back.
