The wok will almost certainly disappoint. The initial impression was setting you up for a great time. However, basic things are missed. Candle on the table not light. The painting light not on. Very little attention to water servings. The food was good. Thou the person who you would think was the owner/manager gave the impression of doing a lot while doing very little. In summary the wok will take a 4 or 5 star price from you all the while leaving you asking for the basics.

We have been to this place last year and loved it but this time the quality and service has deteriorated. The food was mostly too salty or too sweet. The papaya salad came with no flavor and we had to ask for extra dressing. The green curry is too salty. The beef broccoli was super salty as well. I hope they fix these issues.

Although the smell outside this restaurant is quite enticing, don’t be fooled. I usually am not one to post a review online, but after having this experience— I felt it was a necessity to share so that one does not make the same mistake. After being seated, we waited for about 15 minutes before we were even greeted with tap water. Another 20 minutes later someone came to take our order. We started with the pork dumplings, which took about another 20 to arrive— mind you, a family of 5 that was seated after us received their main entrees before we were greeted with our pathetic dumplings: Italian meatballs wrapped in already falling apart over cooked noodles that were accompanied with the peanut sauce that they forgot to add into my boyfriends pad Thai. A 5 year old could’ve cooked up something better on their fisher toy stove top than the entrees we received. My vegetarian tofu stir fry was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever had, and my boyfriend was only able to get through his pad Thai with the addition of “spicy sauce” that was offered to us once we got our meal. Thank the Lord for that sauce. Overpriced, terrible service, even worse food. Don’t waste your time on this place.

This was one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. It took about an hour for us to get our dishes, and we finally ended up asking for it to go because it was getting too late. When we got back to the hotel room, I opened my chicken and find the most depressed looking pieces of fried chicken known to man: no sauce and the chicken essentially tastes like it’s been cooked in a maple sauce. My boyfriend got tofu pad sew, and the best description is devoid of flavour. I strongly discourage you from eating here. It’s overpriced and the food is barely edible.

The worst food I have had ever! The noodles & vegetables I ordered was completely raw and uncooked. It was supposed to be a noodle with curry sauce that came with no sauce so I had to ask them to bring sauce. The kids food was not suited for kids and looked like a lump of fried rice leftovers stick all together, very bad taste. And we paid $90 for 1 kids and two adult meals& two drinks. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. I hope they review the entire quality of their service.
