The staff is very nice and pleasant. But the restaurant is old and dingy. Horrible lighting, no space to walk to your table. The food was horrible. My fried chicken was overcooked and tasted bad. The French fries were tasteless. Zero seasoning. Definitely not worth the $16. Both my husband and I got sick.

Will not return and would not recommend. The positive was the waiter. He was competent, attentive, and had a good sense of humour. Also the food came in good time, BUT...we called two days before arriving in Tremblant to make a reservation for 16. Arrived early. At first she said she could seat most of our group. Then she changed her mind and said they couldn't seat us early. Okay. We waited. When the hostess walked our group to the table, there was only proper seating for 12! She didn't think this was a problem. Told us to have the kids all squish on the bench seat in a row. (Hard enough to keep kids seated in a restaurant and we are going to sit five in a row?! ) Then she left and said she'd get our server. What was he supposed to do? He suggested adding chairs and in the end we just all squeezed in. Then the food was terrible! Undercooked, bland pasta for the kids menu. Over cooked, reheated hamburger patties made for the WORST BURGERS I have ever seen or eaten in a restaurant. Ribs over cooked, seemed reheated. Mac and Cheese was short on cheese and bland. Fries were from frozen, dry, and bland. We weren't expecting a gourmet meal, but a satisfying Casey's experience like we had the first time our group ate there a while back. Disappointing. We will not return!

We stopped in for a quick bite. I had the "mac n cheese" it's actually shells. It was kind of dry. My partner had the fish and chips. The fish was awesome, unfortunately the fries were cold. By the time the waiter came over we were done eating. He did, however offer to bring us new fries. Better late than never. They ended up comping the soft drink to make up for the fries. Thanks.

Terrible! Disappointed ! Waist of hard earned money! We go to a lot of restaurants and love sampling different foods.... we normally aren’t complainers and have gone to other o Casey’s and enjoyed it ! The ribs were terrible .... steak fajitas were tough to chew and over spiced and greasy .... our seafood battered entree was greasy too , like the grease wasn’t hot enough ! We ate some of it because the kitchen was closing and we were starved.... but left 3/4 if the food on the table than only got a 15% discount on part of it..... 100 bucks down the drain.. literally had diarrhea the next morning 🤨

Server aggressively took our menus and forks, after he gave us a weird blank stare, after we confirmed 1 of 5 of us was getting food while 4 of 5 wanted a beer and one just wanted a water. Apparently this was not to his liking and he showed everyone of us his displeasure. Beer and food arrived. No water for guest 5. The server never returned until about 15 minutes after all beer and food was done. Some beer was done sooner than others but another was never ordered by anyone because the server never came back and guest 5 never had a drink at all. Worst restaurant server I've ever encountered. Also check your bill carefully before you leave. Guests 1 and 2 got the same beer and same size but were charged differently for them. Guest 3 and 4 got the same size beer but one was charged a dollar for top up or something he never got.
