Great service and we ordered The Shack Burger. Was pretty decent and what we expected. Food came fast so we could get back out and enjoy skiing. Price was resort prices. $4-$7 on average more than a normal restaurant with equally good food. I really liked that they provided you water right after sitting down. Very refreshing after a few hours of skiing. Server was amazing are very professional. I didn't speak a word of French and the hospitality was the best I could ever receive. Thank you for making my trip extremely enjoyable.

Great place to eat. Easy with kids. They had a balloon guy one day which was AWESOME. Sometimes you wait to get seated. Food is decent.

Location is great if you are skiing in the beautiful Mont Tremblant. It is located just below the lifts. The prices are reasonable and staffs were very friendly. The food itself was okay and the local draft beer tasted fresh. I had 'Big Shack', a regular hamburger which was pretty much what I (or anybody) expected. The problem was that the serving staffs was too busy that we had to wait a long long time before we got the food. The food was served cold and we saw some guests leaving angrily because their food was served cold.

Great service. Great food. Chairs very uncomfortable and tables are crammed close together so hardly any room for servers or clients to walk between tables without hitting people's chairs.

French fries and fish were over cooked, service was slow and they forgot the cheese on my son's burger. We told them and waited for a long time just to be brought 2 squares of dried out cheddar and by then the burger was cold. Also, since they didn't have a kids burger on the kids menu, the waiter said he could give him a burger from the adult menu with only cheese. Problem was he never said her would charge us the adult price ($14.99 + 13% tax) for a crappy burger and a teeny little kids fries.
