This place definitely took me by surprise. We got in super quick on a late Sunday morning for brunch, seated and drinks were ordered immediately. The food came so quick and was outstanding! The overall vibe of this place is very neat and I absolutely love the New Orleans inspired theme. Once dessert came, a live band showed up to place some music. Can this place get any cooler? I will definitely be back.

Really tasty food! I would recommend to anyone visiting Saskatoon or if you've never been. I have not tried anything that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. My favourite would be "The Fire Bird." Cajun style fried chicken on top of waffles. Amazing! Only thing I didn't enjoy was the long wait for a table (45min) because they do not take reservations on Friday and the weekend.

I have been here in the past and always considered this to be one of my favourite establishments in Saskatoon. Today, however, I was terribly disappointed with my experience all around. A group of friends and I gleefully headed towards Bon Temps for a lunch that we were very excited for and had been planning for several months. When we arrived, we saw that we had to seat ourselves. No biggie. Totally cool. We then sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us before our orders were placed. Now, keep in mind, we have a one hour lunch. With this being said, nearly 40 minutes later, we still had not received our meals. At this point, we had to rush out of there with our food in takeout bags. I purchased the Fried Oyster salad and was horribly disappointed not just with how little I had received for the nearly $18.00 + tax that I was charged, but it was literally inedible. I had to throw it away. A $20.00 SALAD! Update: I learned that one of their fryers were down, which was not mentioned to our table when we placed our orders. Nearly 3/4 of the individuals there, ordered items that needed to be deep fried. In addition to that, I have felt ill since having a little bit of my salad before I disposed of it. That illness continued into the evening and early morning. I am still not feeling well. Whether or not the illness is linked, I am not sure. I was feeling just fine before consuming the meal and have felt terrible ever since. I am sad to say that I will not be returning.

Ok I dont usually rate places let alone review them but this place? Unreal. I was a little bit leery at first, smelled like fish which is expected, oh well we got over that. I got the "Fire Bird" some chicken strips on a waffle. Sounds boring, right? Nah, this was the best chicken I've ever had. The chicken strips were flavourful and spicy, the waffle was light and crisp. My first couple bites were amazing but when I put a bit of syrup on it, I'm not afraid to admit, that i shed a few tears. Go here like yesterday

Delicious food, great atmosphere and great service. Perfect for a date night and also to meet with friends for drinks and appetizers. I will definitely visit again! The flat iron steak and mashed potatoes were delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed the ribs!
