Took about 5 minutes for the host to notice us when we walked in. Then the spot we got settled in at was dirty. Took 20 minutes for someone to get the broom and pan. The waitress was fine and did a fine job. Also took a very long time to get the food cooked. And the quality of the food was just OK. I could have cooked it better at home for $50 cheaper. I will not be going back myself.

Went to O"Charley's for a friends birthday dinner. There were 5 adult couples, service was extremely slow, took forever to get our dinner. Two steak orders were cooked wrong including mine, food was cold. I told our server immediately my steak was very rare and not medium as I had ordered. Server offered to give me a 20% off promo and cook another steak. By the time a new steak was cooked and brought to me, all at our table had finished their meals and ready for dessert. I kindly asked for a "to go box" to take my meal home. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be eating at O'Charley's in the near future if ever. Oh and one other thing, the restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night nor a Talladega Race night!!

Have eaten in a steak house up the street the night before, walking in a O'charleys the next night, was pure Bliss. They were friendly organized and very very genuine. The food was cooked perfect and just like we asked for, we had two friends join us after we started and they couldn't have been more happier with the intrusion, they couldn't do enough for us. When I'm in town again (from Florida) I'll only be eating at O'charleys.

The food we had looked good but didn’t taste good. Me and my sister had the pork chop platter, the pork chop was burnt on both plates the macaroni wasn’t good. My niece had the peach chicken and the chicken tasted ruined and the chicken on my daughter sandwich was ruined also. My other niece had the ribs and steak combo the ribs was tough and it had sauce on it and she asked for no sauce. The manager reran it and the second was too hard and they reran the steak and it was too tough. My other daughter had the bacon potatoes and they were cold. We just didn’t have a good time there but the salad and potatoes soup was great.

Great food, fast and professional service. Great place to eat with really good food and reasonable prices.
