Don’t get me wrong the food is good. The majority of the people who work there though are rude and just act like they don’t want to be there. They rushed my mom and I to order, then when we got our food, my dads box wasn’t even closed and it caused his food to fall out. If it wasn’t for the good food, I’d be hoping for a negative star!

Food is on par! Really depends on when u go. Usually there IS a bit of a wait. But the fish IS their best dining choice. Ever since i wuz a kid their fish has ALWAYS been the best of NE fast food chain! "Long John Silver's" can't hold a candle 2 "Captain D's" fish wise! If ur not n a hurry? I WUD recommend the "Captain"! Their fries on the other hand is a diff. story tho. They've NEVA had that good of fries, but fries isn't wut u cum here 4. So all around..... i give the "Captain" 4 ☆'s.

I used to like Captain D's but every time I go to one they are either understaffed or out of something or its taking too long to get your food. It's not just one location I've been to a few and it's one thing or another.

2 PC. Fish, fries, slaw and small drink is $9.55 Employee taking order is unfriendly and nowhere to put purse in restroom

Food and service were great! The serving sizes, leave much to be desired. Its been a long time since I've eaten at Captain D's. The fish servings used to be "plank" size, now the look like long fish sticks.
