One would think that a Dairy Queen is a place you could get a milk shake quickly. Think again. Took us over 20 minutes to get one with only 3 customers in there when we arrived. Noticed the receipt when we asked for one didn't even have the time within several hours of when we were actually there. Orders for food after we placed our simple order were made way ahead of our order and delivered to the customers. Lack of management plus it was not the cleanest of restaurants. Doubt I ever go back there.

I can’t eat much off the menu but the banana split is awesome... sonic doesn’t sell them anymore 😡. The staff is friendly and the service fast. Couldn’t find the hours online anywhere.

They treat employees like low life citizens. They allow bad language and attitudes while in the work place. Check out their health ratings. If you have a doctors appointment and call 24-36 hours in advance to let your manager know-they expect you to either show up (miss your doctor appointment) OR do what the managers responsibility is to find a replacement for your shift. Even after the employee tried finding someone to switch shifts, and went back to the store to let the manager know that she had no success, the manager told her it was her responsibility😳who is the boss here?! Then the next day she is scheduled

Piss poor management, poor customer service, never offers any new items that DQ advertises or any promotions that the company is currently running. Of you wanna sell burgers and ice cream, be my guest. But why call yourself a DQ if you're gonna not pick what parts of DQ you're gonna follow. And to put up a bold all caps sign stating that extra sauces will cost .28¢, I mean c'mon now. Is it really gonna kill you to hand someone an extra ranch dressing packet? I can understand if someone is being ridiculous but let's be real
