Passing through from Nashville to Montgomery. My husband and I stopped in. I should have know something was off when a customer told the manager "You knew them grits wasn't done when you handed them to me and you gave them to me anyway." Well. . . I placed my order. A deluxe with no grits with an extra hash brown and sausage. There were at least six people after us that got their order before us. The last guy that left was given our food. I walked up to the counter and took the receipt off the counter that had our order. I asked the guy behind the counter where was our order. He said I gave it to you. I told him he gave it away. He tells the lady in the back to make another one. She starts to complain that she already did it. She was told to make another one. I watched as she made it. My food is bagged and handed to me. I took the receipt and open the container and my order was wrong. It had snotty looking grits on it and it had bacon. I asked for my money back. Got my money and spent it at Burger King down the street.

One of the newer Jack's restaurant, it is bigger with the newest designs and has the same welcoming spirit that all Jack's have. Jack's also have better food than the average fast food restaurant.

All locations are convenient to me. The chicken fingers are to die for plus their own ranch dressing is greatest I go very often to get a good deal with good food.

Went to this location on today. And place an order for 12pc fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Upon placing my order I told the cashier I wanted the Chicken fried fresh. The cashier calls it out. Upon waiting a young lady tells her manager they want fresh chicken, and her response was that it’s all fresh chicken. I told the manager you know I can hear you right? She’s looks at me and said I apologize. Can continue to rant on back the chicken is fresh. Then said well did they tell you it will be 20 mins before the chicken is done? Mind you know one ever said how long it would be. Before it Would be ready.. worest experiences ever I’ll never spend another die here.
