The ambiance was one of the most welcoming that I have experienced since I moved to Anchorage. It was busy, but the waiting area has plenty of space and self serve coffee. I had the deadliest catch and it was delicious, especially the salmon. The service was perfect and they even offered a to-go coffee!! I will definitely be back.

The wait for a table was 45 minutes to an hour, but we decided to stay and wait. After an hour we went to the front desk and the wait staff had skipped over us and given our table away. Our name was never called and our buzzer never went off. Our waitress was rude and wasn't helpful with ordering or recommendations from the menu. The food was very overpriced for what it was. After the stale meal, I ordered a cinnamon roll with a new fork since my old one was taken with my plate. It was brought out cold in a to-go container with no utensils very obviously showing that we weren't welcome to stay any longer. Overall it was overpriced, poor service, and a long wait. I'd find somewhere else to eat

We went in early April around 10:30 am on a Monday and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. But it was worth the wait. The stuffed French toast is heavenly but very rich. We also had a breakfast burrito that was really tasty, and full of good things. Most of the wait staff were very friendly.

It's busy. Like an almost constant stream of at least low level busy. Which can also be seen as a decent indicator of its character. I prefer the Salmon Cake Benedict, as it works quite well for a brunch/breakfast fare. The hash browns aren't exactly in the manner that I'm a personal fan of, but merging them with the excess hollandaise made them quite palatable. Definite spot to see if you're visiting the city for a few days.

The hash browns were heavenly. I loved my Sams scramble. My daughter ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes. When they came out they had no blueberries. We were informed they were out of blueberries. Even though they gave her strawberries when they saw she was unhappy. It would not have been ordered if we had been informed of no blueberries. Service was slow and not real friendly.
