Staff was super polite and friendly with each other. Everyone was smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves, which was VERY refreshing and felt very welcoming. My order was given out wrong, but when I brought it to the staff's attention, I was allowed to keep the wrong order plus my correct order for free and the problem was fixed immediately. I'll definitely come again, I enjoy the night crew!

I am not the kind of person that writes reviews but this has been enough and well deserved it. I've been to many Panda Express and this store is the worst one!!!! They never have their food ready. I move around the area, 4 months ago and I've been to this store maybe 4 or 5 times every time giving them the benefit of the doubt. Every time they tell oh we don't have that item. I tell them ok then give me this and they tell oh it will be a 6-10 min wait. One time I came in maybe 1 hr after opening because I wanted fresh food. They had nothing!!! Every plate was a wait and their excuse, oh we had a cater order. I've worked on the food industry and this is not acceptable. They never have their food ready, I'm not sure what they are doing there since that's their job. Horrible customer service, what can u expect from teenagers at the window. I am really mad right now and never coming to this store again.

I've gone multiple times when they open (9:30) and they are NEVER ready. Still cooking. So I'm waiting a good 15-25 minutes for my food. Give them an hour after "opening" time and everything should be ok!

What used to be the best panda I've personally visited in the Valley is now the worst. The restaurant is poorly managed. It's dirty, ordering is always slow and the sides are always empty most of the time not prefilled prior to opening. Also in the last month or so, I've walked up to the store being closed 30-60 minutes after its posted opening time for the forth time this month. Edit: 4 months later, they are still having trouble opening the restaurant. I went by yesterday at 10:25 am and it was closed.

They are always closed early before their posted closing time. I get today is Easter but your signs say drive through is open till 8pm and it's now 7:20pm. Long line of cars and staff are hiding on the back. We see you ducking your heads out. The owner should look at Pei Wei down on Ray Road, they're open on Easter till 9:30pm!!! And this is normal practice on other nights too. Along with messed up orders and over cooked orange chicken. Avoid this place till an hour after opening and an hour before closing times; then never have any food during these hour time periods.
