I drove up to the drive-thru not knowing if they were open. They weren't open for another 20 minutes, but they happily took my order. The cashier was very welcoming.

San Diego style Mexican food... um. It's pretty good. Prices are fair, service is good.

This place offers offers "table-service quality" food at fast food prices in a conveniently located drive-through location. Their layout suggests that you are in a fast food joint but it's surprisingly quiet inside and the casual atmosphere is refreshing as it offsets the level of great food. Their chimichangas are amazing, and no matter what you order, the right size portion seems to come on each plate. On very rare occasions, we've experienced less than amazing service from some of the drive-through wait times which are, unfortunately a bit long. The way I see it as a patron who frequently visits this location is that I would rather wait a few extra minutes for healthy, fresh tasting Mexican food that I would usually have to pay a tip to receive. We enjoy the food and we keep coming back for reason!
