I was super skeptical of this place but after all the glowing reviews I decided to give it a try. The menu didn't seem all that appetizing to me so I had the cashier give me some recommendations. Let me tell you the food may not be super flamboyant but hotdamn is that food delicious. The peanut sauce was so so good with the chicken! The portions are plentiful. I would definitely eat here more often if they had locations near where I live.

The food was good. Unfortunately the staff in the kitchen want to play their own music in the kitchen which is completely dissonant from the music in the restaurant but is clearly loud and in competition with the music in the restaurant. We will likely not come back. We asked the cashier to ask them to turn it down and they didn't make any changes. Not a good experience. Too bad.

Great food at a great price! One of the best places for a grilled cheese and tomato dip appetizer. Their flat iron steak was also very tender and cooked to about medium. I would come back to try other things in the menu.

I am a wonna--be vegan, and like finding restaurants that can meet my needs. Dr. Gibbs is great! I had Blackened Tofu, and lightly sautéed vegetables with lemon sauce. Yum! I was very happy with that, but what made my visit over the edge wonderful, was the excellent service Bobby provided from the moment I stepped in to thanking me for coming when I left and everything in between.

Been to Dr. Grubb's several times since their new incarnation, and my wife loves their charbroiled chicken, while I usually get, and love, their blackened Tofu. Met some friends there last night (Saturday), and I decided to try the Meyers Flat Iron Steak. BAD IDEA. Lousy piece of meat, not cooked the way I asked (medium), sent it back, they burned the edges and the center was still raw. I would have asked for something else, but since it was the second time to ask, I did not want to make any more waves, since we were dining with friends. Dr. Grubbs, you need to get a better cut of beef, and get a cook that can cook the meat, or take it off your menu. Will stick with the Tofu.
