Breakfast Republic is amazing! They offer beer for breakfast, but I went with the more traditional mimosa. The pancake flights are awesome. My personal favorite is the crab cake Benedict. The shrimp and grits are amazing. The ambience is great. The service is friendly and excellent. I will come here again. This might be my new favorite in San Diego county.

Place is nicely decorated with beautiful quotes. Staff are friendly. Menu is unique and has variety of options to choose from. Definitely added to one of my favorite breakfast spots. Besides their regular options They also cater gluten free and vegan.

Really good eggs Benedict (get the mushroom pesto) and nice crispy home fries, not oily. Lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Fast and friendly service. Eggs are bordering on underdone, so if you don't like your whites translucent, tell your server.

Was an okay experience. The restaurant is an odd layout; the back is blocked by a wall and there is no sunlight like how there is in the front. We were sat at a large table between the bathrooms and the kitchen. The space smelled of fresh foods and urinal cakes. It was overbearingly terrible. I feel like the employees didn't even notice it, which is what happens when you work around it consistently. The food was absolutely phenomenal though, and the server was awesome. She did everything in her power to keep our table happy, and I think she did a great job. She deserves a raise! Portion size is large enough to be appealing, and give you a full belly. We even get some leftovers for later!

We went for a late Sunday breakfast. All four of us loved our food. The vegetarian with us was pleased. I enjoyed the chilaquilles with chorizo added. We've already been back.
